WebYup. You should have received a warning before leaving the first level that you cannot, in fact, return after leaving. I read in an interview with the developers that this allowed the game to load & run quicker. Whether or not that is bull#$%@ is an entirely different issue. That's just wrong and uncalled for. WebRandom loot is standard. On Hard difficulty: Enemies have 155% health (e.g. a default Thuggish Splicer has 155 health, and a standard Bouncer has 4263 health). Enemies do 150% damage (e.g. a Pistol shot does 30 damage). Enemies are more accurate and more agile. Plasmids cost 130% EVE (e.g. Enrage! costs ~ 39 EVE).

Dr.Steinman was a creepy twat, and working in the medical profession, horrible doctors just seem all the worse to me. Least favorite: The Proving Grounds, because fuck that level.
