WebDec 22, 2024 · I imported it into Cura and rotated it 180 degrees to have the flat side down. Worked like a charm! For the hell of it I also clicked on "Lay-Flat" although not needed. It rotated the "carrot" sideways to line up one of the edges on the X-axis which then results in non-symmetrical printing.

Some use the bonds of the file and ignore the actual faces. Rotating works poorly, and the "lay flat" often leaves the part with support under all but a single point, clearly not "flat". Those are followed by M104 hot end temp and M190 "wait for hot end".
