WebMy other idea is to make them similiar to a reactor, as in they don't spin down when utilisation is lower. If they kept using up fuel no matter the power consumption, they wouldn't be this useful. For a 100MW plant, I would need 50 burners - or 112 steam engines 56 boilers and 3 pumps, plus more poles and piping, taking up a much larger footprint.
