The sound is alot like the Super 40, same tone, just not as loud and aggressive sounding. At startup it sounds the same, but quiets down after idle rev. WebOut with the old and in with the new. The deltaflow is the louder of the 2. The 40 series is much louder then both. The 50 delta is 2.25" the super 50 is 2.5". I found a scratch & dent super 50 for $90 on ebay. Install at a muffler shop was $100. Install requires welding in 2 small pieces of pipe.
