I had only the Alternate Start mod running, and it would infinitely load, so I uninstalled the mod and had only Vanilla FO4 running to make sure it wasn't my game that was broken and when I started a new game it loaded almost instantaneously. EDIT: It was vanilla FO4, but ran through NMM using F4SE.
